The scope of work is to provide Catholic Relief Services Catholic Relief Services and Haiti with designs for an emergency access route including drainage to be used as construction documents for a 300 linear meter section of The Ravine Vasquez in Grand Ravine. The overall objective of the project is to improve the urban framework within Grand Ravine towards supporting the safe return of displaced persons. This will be done through implementing strategic high priority micro-projects recommended in the Plan d’amenagement de Grand Ravine, in English, the Urban Plan for Grand Ravine, developed by Architecture for Humanity through a 10-month participatory process with community residents.  This Urban Plan was approved by a Haitian government and with CRS’s help for the construction of community infrastructure for this project such as ravine rehabilitation, drainage, access routes, public spaces and housing.
