MSAADA’s previous involvement with projects in these two countries, totaling nearly 1,000 sqm, was through commissions by the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, World Mission office.

For the project in Kazakhstan, a two-and-a-half-story multipurpose center in Almaty including a church, offices and a small seminary for the local national Lutheran Church, we provided a full range of architectural and engineering services. We were involved long distance in the construction of the project in collaboration with a local architect who did the architectural and engineering construction supervision/observation.

On the project in Kyrgyzstan for a new church in Bishkek for the national Lutheran Church, we modified a previous design by another firm to better fit the needs of the congregation. We also provided the same long distance involvement during the construction implementation, helping ensure the project stayed within budget.
