MSAADA’s five completed projects in Central African Republic, including educational, community, and worship facilities, total just under 3,000 sqm in area.

In the 1980s, MSAADA did the design work for a rather large extension of Baboua Theological College being funded by donors in Germany.  Architectural and engineering (A/E) construction supervision/observation was done by a German missionary.

In the early 1990s, MSAADA was asked to design a new Lutheran church for the capital city in the Central African Republic, Bangui, and to also provide a full-time Clerk of Works for the A/E construction supervision/observation, and even to some extent function as the general contractor, due to lack of qualified contractors in the country. Read more about that project here.

MSAADA also provided a range of services, ranging from concept design to construction douments and supervision/observation for a Women’s Center and a church in Bouar.  We later also designed a new larger dispensary in Gallo.
